The partners of the AI-GREENER Entrepreneurship Project came together for an important online coordination meeting ahead of the official kick-off in Vienna.
Representatives from all partner institutions participated, including teams from Austria, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Latvia. The agenda focused on key points to ensure a smooth start:
🔹 Meeting Highlights:
- Introductions and a shared overview of the project vision
- Discussion on upcoming tasks and responsibilities
- Review of the schedule for the Vienna Kick-Off Meeting (December 9–10)
- Agreement on using aigreener.eu as the project’s official domain
- Launch of social media channels (Facebook & Instagram) to support dissemination
- Confirmation that Bulgaria will handle the creation of the eTwinning platform and project logos, involving their students
- Decision to hold monthly online meetings to ensure ongoing collaboration
An important point was raised regarding the toolkit translations — once finalized, all resources will be translated into the local languages of partner countries, with no edits allowed during that phase.
